They are about experimenting, about failing fast and learning.In a nutshell, we will want you to:- Drive the technical architecture of IT solutions; Participate in the early stages of the project development- Interact and cooperate with key project stakeholders; Convert requirements into architecture and technical design- Be responsible for the technical vision underlining the solution and take ownership for the technical aspects of the whole solution delivery- Drive usage and deployment of state-of-the-art approaches, patterns and technologies wherever appropriate and be rational about it- Help and provide guidance to other development leads and developers- Get your hands dirty, because true gold lies deep in the code- Contribute to build a developer ecosystem for #digihealth spanning the corporate boundariesBesides great atmosphere and flexible working environment, we also offer:- Competitive salary- Position in a leading global healthcare company- Challenging career- Professional growth based on performance- Innovative and flexible working environment- Wide range of benefitsQualificationsWe need you if you have the following (skills and experience):- BSc in Computer Science (or equivalent)- 8+years of experience with SW development; 4+years architecting SW solutions- Fluent in Data modelling and Object Oriented Programming- Fluent in one or more of the following: C++, Java, Scala- Knowledge of relevant design patterns for desktop, web and mobile with emphasis on scalability and reusability (APIs)- Fluent with web stack (JavaScript, Node.JS, Bootstrap, Angular, REACT, ….)- Experience with NOSQL databases (MongoDB, Hadoop, neo4j…)- Track of record leading a small development team- Experience with and good understanding of Agile SW methodologies (SCRUM, Pair programming, Continuous delivery, LEAN… etc.)- Good Communication and Presentation skills in English language- Fast learner - Up-to date with latest frameworks, technologies and methodologiesWe especially need you if you have:- Experience with hypothesis-drive...
