Responsibilities
- Supporting the Postholder Maintenance according to EU-OPS 1 with the responsibility for the aircraft type B777F
- Representation of the company´s interests with regard to contractors, maintenance Companies, the Authorities and stations worldwide
- Coordination of aircraft planning based on the flight schedule in consideration of technical and economical aspects
- Responsible for obtaining certificates from the Authorities and corresponding with the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt
- Planning and coordination of aircraft turnarounds with regard to punctual aircraft delivery for maintenance services
- Monitoring the compliance of maintenance schedules in terms of EU-OPS
- Economical evaluation of alternative scenarios for short- and long term aircraft planning
- Development and optimization of MOC related processes
- Optimized planning of the long term aircraft layover schedule
- Technical Supervision of the MOC and responsibility of the related processes
- Monitoring the compliance of the MOC with regard to airworthiness requirements
Your profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equal practical knowledge in aircraft maintenance
- Profound knowledge of maintenance systems
- Above-average sense of responsibility, planning and dispatching
- Good computer literacy and knowledge in aviation-related IT systems
- Sound knowledge of German and English (technical English), Minimum B2 (according to European Framework)
- Experience in team-leading (Shift Workers)
- Shift and desktop suitability
- Analytical-minded team player with good communication skills, who is able to work with respect to strict deadlines
