Are you an experienced master data specialist with minimum seven years of experience within supply chain and production management and ready for the next step in your career? LEO Pharma is looking for a SAP Master Data Specialist who can drive and improve our master data processes and governance structure.

As Master Data Specialist you will be part of the GPS Mater Data team which consists of five dedicated team members. The team is located in our head office in Ballerup, Denmark and you will report to the Head of GPS Master Data team.

The GPS Master Data team belongs to our global supply chain function Global Product Supply.  

The role as Master Data Specialist
LEO Pharma has centralized the responsibility for key SAP Master data objects within GPS. Among them the Material Master, maintenance of BOM’s and Recipes, Purchasing info Records and Pricing.   

You will be responsible for driving improvements to our master data design, maintenance and governance processes. You will develop the tools required in order to optimize the creation and the maintenance as well as the data validation to ensure that data are compliant and support the business requirements in due time. You will ensure that we have the tools to monitor tasks and deliverables. Further you will assist and support the team with updating master data when required and continuously identify improvements.

The solution will be expanded to our other production sites and subsequently our sales affiliates and you will naturally support with a strong understanding of the master data requirements.

Travelling will be required, approximately ten days yearly.

Your personal profile 
Your professional career contains a strong track record working with SAP solutions and master data within production  and supply chain management. You have proven yourself able to lead improvement programs and you possess the ability to convert input from users into successful solutions. You possess strong IT skills and have thorough experience with SAP ECC, SAP SCM Supply Network Planning, LSMW and Microsoft Office.

You have a holistic business understanding combined with a strong sense for the detail when required. Interacting with various stakeholders at different organizational levels comes natural to you. You are a structured, self-motivated and result oriented person. You are a clear communicator and your personal credibility and integrity create a strong network and commitment around you.                        

You hold a BSc or MSc degree within Supply Chain Management, Production Management or have a relevant commercial background.
