| Job description: | Advance Career on behalf of our client a leading FX Organization, is seeking to recruit an experienced individual to join their team;
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast growing IT oriented working environment. The candidate will focus on both users and systems support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily IT related operations.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for all employees of the company for local and remote offices.
Responsible for gathering information, analysing symptoms and figuring out how to resolve all IT related issues that employees may face during their day to day operations.
Will be required to assist in the configuration and operation of the company’s IT Infrastructure. This will include windows server installation, configuration and support, local area networking configuration and support and IT systems administration, configuration and support. |

| Qualifications required: | Qualifications and Technical knowledge:
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Systems or similar University degree
2 Years Work experience required, preferably in IT Support:
Fluent in English
IT Software and Hardware Troubleshooting, Local Networking configuration and Troubleshooting Windows and Windows Server Administration Experience
Systems administration and support Experience
