YOUR MISSION 

As a Business Manager Mechanics/Mechatronics you build your own business unit, starting from a client portfolio in aerospace, automotive, machine construction, … 

Your are responsible to:

  • Define & realise the account plan;
  • Grow the market share by identifying projects at new prospects and creating long lasting relationships;
  • Enlarge the portfolio at existing clients Recruit the R&D-engineers to accomplish the clients objectives;
  • Lead & develop your team of consultants;
  • Ensure that solutions are compliant with clients expectations & business/profitability objectives;
  • Follow the trends and current developments in the field of mechanics & mechatronics and translate this into new opportunities;
  • Report on regular base to the directors on the progress and results;
  • You work in close cooperation with the other business managers and the directors of VeroTech.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

  • Master diploma in Engineering or Commercial engineering;
  • Having a least 3 years of successful experience in sales of services or consultancy is a must;
  • Good knowledge of mechanics and mechatronics (tools, technologies, lifecycle, ..);
  • As a people manager you know how to manage, motivate & develop a team of consultants;
  • Through your strong interpersonal skills you succeed to create long-term relationshipswith clients and consultants;
  • Your excellent business skills allow you to discover new opportunities and developprofitable sales;
  • As a pro-active person with a positive attitude and perseverance, you manage to achieve the expected results within time;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus.
