Tasks & responsibilities
Planning & Costing
- Long-term planning; load management; slot and capacity planning
- Operational Planning
- Factory production follow-up
- Management of planning data bases
- Management of costing data bases
- Supervision and challenge of costs; cost excellence; interface to Finance
Order Management
- Order acknowledgement
- Preparation and placement of work release to production; slot booking
- Deviation management
- Project execution
- Monitoring and reporting
Project reviews
- Assessing risks and opportunities; risks mitigation and opportunities development
- Interface to Activities project management
- Interface to customer; witness points coordination
- Feedback loop to Planning & Costing (systematic lessons learned file after each project)
- Product development support (technical, cost reduction)
- Feedback loop to Order engineering
Claims management
- Coordinate the preparation of quality documentation

Education & Trainings
Mandatory
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Project Management

- Industrial production management
- International Experience

Professional Experience

- 2 years of experience as Project manager
- Experienced in an industrial environment
