Responsibilities
- Develop strategy for the launch of a new hematology instrument;
- Launch new products in collaboration with cross-functional launch team;
- Develop and implement marketing support tools for the area, including KOL strategy and digital outreach;
- Research market insights in key countries including emerging countries and ensure information flows to the Global Marketing team;
- Influence prioritization and support tactical execution at regional/country level with a focus on Western and Eastern Europe;
- Collaborate with Area Marketing team as well as Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Commercial teams and country leadership teams to develop relevant approaches.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Masters, PhD or MBA) in marketing, business or engineering/scientific degree;
- A min. of 5-year experience in marketing within the Diagnostic area, especially Hematology;
- Experience in launching products in a multi-country setting;
- Field sales experience is a plus.
