Description
Senior Research Engineer
Desirable:
•Greater than 3 year user interface development experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XHTML, CSS, Ajax and Web Services
•Bachelor degree in ICT related field including UI related studies/certification
•Extensive hands-on experience with RIA frameworks such as GWT, ExtJS etc
•Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks
•Clear understanding of REST based services
•Integration with third party API’s
•Experience working in an Agile based environment
•Ability to communicate in a clear and concise way, both verbally and writing
•Familiarity with UI design patterns (MVC), and Agile (Scrum) development process
•Experience in prototyping, wireframes, storyboards etc.
•Excellent communication and problem solving skills and ability to work in a team
•Server side Java experience is a plus
•Experience in design and implementation of business intelligence and analytics visualisation tools is an added advantage
Salary Scale:
Competitive salary €35,000 - €55,000 commensurate with experience/qualifications
