Responsibilities
- Getting the knowledge about the wind turbines Certification Schemes and the applicable standards. Reporting to organization
- Implementation of the Certification processes within Alstom
- Management of the Certification Projects (Time, Cost, Quality)
- Contact person with Certification Bodies
- Participation in transversal activities to assure product compliance
- Knowledge management of certification, legal requirements, and interpretations about normative to lead communications between Customers, Certification Bodies, Alstom departments….
- Participation in wind turbine CE marking procedures
- Support to Platforms, Sales, Tendering, Manufacturing, R+D, EHS
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical).
Knowledge / Experience
- Knowledge of normative (IEC, EN, Health and Safety standards…) and certification processes.
- 4 year experience as an engineer.
- Experience in certification and normative from technical point of view.
- Knowledge about wind energy and wind turbines will be highly appreciated
- Willingness to travel
Technical skills / competencies:
- Spanish and English: Advanced level. Other languages will be highly appreciated (French).
- Technical knowledge and criteria
- MS-Office, technical software appreciated
