Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will possess:
- An excellent command of English both verbal and written communication skills; preferably English being your first language.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- The ability to present complex technical information in a clear, concise manner within a classroom environment, telephone or via ticketing system.
- Strong telecommunications and/or VoIP experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, given that the successful applicant will carry out worldwide and online training programs.
- Has a keen knowledge of networks and their infrastructure, router and firewall configuration experience as well as Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems knowledge.
- Knowledge and passion for IT.
- Has the technical aptitude necessary to quickly come up to speed on VoIP, SIP and PBX technology topics.
- Can learn and absorb technical material quickly.
- Able to work flexible hours Monday to Friday.
- Time for travelling and spending time outside of Cyprus
Able to fulfil VISA requirements for the USA and Australia
Within the role, you will be tasked to:
- Solve customers’ problems
- Analyse issues and present IT related solutions
- Assist 3CX customers worldwide with product issues over the phone, email and via our forums
- Test new 3CX product releases within different network environments and VoIP telecoms equipment
- Presenting the 3CX Phone System to a live audience (Classroom or WebCasts)
