Supporter Systems & Processes Officer in ActionAid

Key Responsibilities:
To support the establishment of the ERP System and the implementation of Business Processes
Develop and monitor KPI’s and Reports
Develop internal & external capacity for the use of the system and the implementation of the processes

Candidates must have:
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics
At least (2) years of professional experience in Customer Relationship Management
Proven experience in the use of IT database systems
Excellent analytical and organisational skills
Computer skills: Office package, mastery of Excel
Languages: Greek, English (required)
Being in accordance with ActionAid’s vision and principles

Term of the contract: Seven (7) month fixed-term contract, starting from 16th of February 2015 and ending on the 30th of September 2015.
