Playing an important part within our Data Processing Systems and Applications Group, you will manage the Data Processing Support Applications Engineering Team in charge of all applications related to Data Processing system monitoring, quality control, calibration/validation of products, Analysis and Reporting tools and applications for gathering and internal distribution of auxiliary data. In addition you will be driving the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of all data processing support applications for our ground segments and off-line facilities. At the same time, you will provide, within your area of responsibility, expertise and support for programmes under development and act as technical officer in charge of related maintenance contracts, including the direct management of contractors. 

Consequently, you will require proven experience of developing and maintaining software systems for earth observation product quality control, calibration and validation, analysis and reporting for production workflow monitoring. Joining us from an operational, high-availability and time critical environment, you should possess experience in project and team management and be fluent in English, with a good command of French.
