For the Centre for Surface Chemistry and Catalysis (division Membrane Technology) we are looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher
Postdoc research field : development of polymer-based membranes or membrane processes
You will be working for the organizational unit Centre for Surface Chemistry and Catalysis, division of Membrane Technology (supervision Prof. Ivo Vankelecom)
Responsibilities
Research field: development of polymer-based membranes for a variety of applications (the applications can be selected from the fields of membrane bioreactors, gas separation, (solvent resistant) nanofiltration, forward and pressure retarded osmosis, redox flow batteries) or process developments in these fields
Profile
PhD in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, bio-engineering or alike and with experience in membrane technology
Excellent publication track record
Offer
We offer you a contract for at least 1 year with high chances to become extended
Expected starting date Sept 1st 2015
