Eligibility:
  1. The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has a strategic ambition of being aleading research faculty. Candidate for this fellowship will be selected in accordance with this, and expected to be in the upper segment of their class with respect to academic credentials.
  2. Applicants for a Phd Position must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in the area of computer science.
  3. The ideal candidate would have a background in (some of) the following areas: formal methods, software verification or validation, software product line engineering, and cloud computing.
  4. UiO (and Norway more generally) is a multi-lingual environment, where knowledge of Norwegian is not a necessity in everyday life. However, good command of English is required.
