A vacancy for an AIT Engineer - Electrical Integration of Satellites (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Friedrichshafen. The successful applicant will join “Electrical/Functional AIT”.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Analysis of satellite level electrical interfaces;
- Development of electrical integration procedures;
- Operation of spacecraft and simulators with generated electrical signals;
- Execution of electrical integration and testing;
- Generation of Test Reports;
- Support for NCR Investigations;
- Support for formal reviews (IRR, TRR, PTR, etc.).
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated to a degree level in Electrical Engineering or similar;
- First experience in system level verfification of satellites would be a plus;
- Good knowlegde of ECSS standards;
- Experience in ESA projects would be a plus;
- Advanced level of English.
