Job description
We are looking for a Program/Project Manager who will be assigned to the following activities:
- Responsible of the assigned programs, ensuring compliance with the customer technical specification and the respect of the timing agreed
- Responsible of new products initiative and final product profitability
- Leader of Program Team where all functions are represented
- Ensure respect of product initiative through parameters monitoring (capex and tooling expenses, variable costs, labor time).
- Ensure the interface with the customer and a proper flow of information to and from the customer itself
- Supervise planned activities through the Program Reviews and Milestones
- Identify and implement with Program Team eventual recovery plan / corrective actions
- Enable and promote benchmarking activities during project definition
- Ensure the capitalization of Lesson Learned on new products
- Monitor Development bench tests programs, test results and promote corrective actions
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- 5 years of related work experience in automotive industry
- Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
- Technical knowledge of vehicle chassis / suspensions (design and process construction)
- Business acumen and financial understanding
- Risk mitigation management and implementation
