Job description
We are looking for a Lead Process Auditor inside the Quality Function for the BL Suspension Systems with the aim of plan and perform process audits or assessments and verify the related corrective actions to ensure compliance with the technical requirements of the product and the process according to standards.
The candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Plans, schedules and conducts process audits in all plants of Suspension Systems
- Supports the development of corrective actions and countermeasures ensuring compliance with the product and process requirements.
- Performs follow-up audits to determine successful implementation of countermeasures and corrective actions.
- Performs investigations with quality data systems and existing documentation in preparation for the process audits.
- Documents and manages the quality data for periodic reporting of process audit findings.
- Provides expertise on Quality Laboratory requirements and on WCM tools.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of English language
- At least 3 years in automotive sector
- Knowledge of the product /process validation during the pre-serial phase and production approving control plan to assure quality of the product
- Knowledge of the approval procedure and certification of the product through the knowledge of the suppliers’ processes and validation with the master
- Knowledge of the WCM methodology to optimize Quality systems
- Knowledge of Fiat and ISO Standards related to the Laboratory tests of material
- Knowledge of the material tests (mechanical, chemical, metallurgic)
- Knowledge of conduct diagnosis activities with dedicated team
- Managing of control plans in reactive, preventive and proactive approach. Managing of certifications of incoming material of Plant approval - BF
- Knowledge to use MS Office, SQP, SAP, MaPS, Co.De.P.
