| Job description: | • Ensure that regular, timely, and effective communication is maintained with all customers • Ensure that full and accurate customer records are kept on file • Ensure that accurate information is held regarding the progress of projects and projected completion dates • Handle any customer complaints and diligently seek immediate and effective remedy • Ensure that project/product handover is carried out with strict adherence to Quality Assurance procedures and that his/her team has a clear understanding of quality standards and is characterized by an uncompromising attitude towards quality. • Apply principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) in all dealings with customers, service providers, and other Pafilia departments • Oversee the delivery of properties to customers and ensure proactive action for smooth delivery • Ensure that Customer Care team members pose the necessary level of competence |

| Qualifications required: | Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any other related field; • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role, at least 5 years in customer relationship management role • Property industry knowledge a must • Clear understanding of the value of the whole customer experience • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral • Excellent Computer skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook Express • People management skills • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy |
