We, TeliaSonera,  are looking for a Test Manager for our Product Development projects.

• We have identified the Test Management area as an very important area for TeliaSoneras success and therefore we are now recruiting to build up a new team
• This role will assure we test and verify our products we develop and secure efficient test work during the development project with the focus that the product will function from e2e perspective, e g customer-service-network-processes.

Job Description

The Test Management team supports all development projects that are in need of a Test Manager.

The team will manage the Test Management area by develop and apply:

• Test Management competence
• Working processes
• Methods and tools
• Improvement areas

…. in order to secure and increase the quality of the products with primary focus on end-to-end functionality.

The development project scope can be both mobile and broadband products targeting TeliaSonera business and consumer customers. The projects are performed both on waterfall and agile process framework.

Key targets and responsibilities are:

• The Test Manager’s main responsibilities are to analyze, plan, specify and manage the work of testing in order to secure the quality of the results of mobile and broadband products in development projects.
• Test Manager for cross organizational and cross country projects
• Creating a general test strategy and plan how test shall be performed and organized in the development projects (waterfall and agile projects)
• Test management intelligence regarding methodology, suppliers and trends within the test area.
• Improve and develop the test tools and methods used in TeliaSonera.

What we are looking for

We expect you are an experienced Test Manager with a documented track record in the area. You should have specific competence in the following areas:

• Excellent Test lead and Test architect skills
• Documented Test Management education
• Work experience from Telecom and/or IT development.
• Experience from agile driven projects
• Certificate in Software Testing
• Competence in ALM/QC and or JIRA
• Project Management experience is a merit
• Certified Scrum Master experience is a merit
• Problem Solving: To develop and/or investigate, analyze, evaluate different alternatives, requires considerable creativity and/or analytical ability.

You:

• have good communication, cooperation and coordination skills
• like to work in an international environment where travelling in Nordics and Baltics is part of your job.
• are self-going and able to perform your tasks either individually or in a team.
• are always aiming for improvement in everything you do.
• have good ability to adapt to new situations and find new solutions.
• are result oriented and have good ability to deliver to targets also under time pressure.
• are not afraid to stand up for what you believe in. have a University education, at least 120 points
• have working experience: At least 7-9 years of relevant experience
• have English skills (excellent written and spoken)
