Assistant Support In IT

Your part of the deal

Your main responsibilities will include general secretarial and various administrative tasks.

Specifically you will :

Manage calendars, screen calls and emails and take the relevant actions;
Arrange internal and external meetings (by videoconference, by conference call);
Organise travel arrangements with the adequate logistic (e.g. visa request, …);
Organise corporate & “fun” events for the department within the division;
Welcome visitors;
Liaise with other assistants, suppliers, direct reports & teams;
Support in preparation of presentations & other documents;
Collaborate with the other assistants from the Division to achieve the required back-up arrangements and mutual support and
co-operation;
Oracle : acting as SPOC for creating purchase requisitions and doing the follow up, prepare expense claims;
Take care of the newcomers on-boarding (IAG Tool, Staff DB, …).

Your profile

The position is Brussels based and for a full time schedule.

Degrees and skills :

You have a bachelor degree;
You have very good PC skills (MS Word – MS Excel – MS Powerpoint – Lotus Notes);
You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. As English is the company language you have the ability to
present information clearly and concisely in English.
