To further strengthen our Project Management Department we are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager /Senior Project Manager to head our projects office with responsibility for organising and managing industrial pharmaceutical and biotechnological projects.
Your job
Our new Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the management of strategic projects and the project portfolio, and for aligning and ensuring project management methods and systems within the Portfolio. You will play a significant role in all ongoing projects. You will challenge new proposals and support the development and optimisation of projects to build up business in close cooperation with our customers. You will be working in an active and exciting environment at our NNE Pharmaplan site in Kalundborg
Your main tasks will include
- Be Senior Project Manager on strategic projects
- Coordinate, monitor and follow up on Project Portfolio activities
- Motivate all resources involved in the portfolio to look for new opportunities
- Be active in project steering groups
- Evaluate, challenge and provide input to projects
- Participate in the proposal process to ensure optimal project execution
- Be member of the Project Portfolio group and help developing our long-term goals
- Responsibility for Project reporting & Quality
Your qualifications
- A degree in engineering
- Excellent commercial and financial mind set
- Business understanding and the ability to set strategic direction
- Solid experience within project portfolio management
- Project management experience of cross-disciplinary projects
- Strong communicator and good verbal and written skills in Danish and English
- Desire and ability to travel to a limited extent, based upon project requirements
- Result-oriented with a well-structured working approach
- Ability to energise and motivate people
