General Purpose 

Executes all kind of project management tasks in close collaboration with the Project PMO Lead
Is part of the PMO & Staff Office Team and drives standardization in projects assigned

Main Responsibility Area 

Supports safeguarding of project progress and milestone adherence
Responsible to provide PMO methodology support to project
Supports and develops overall controlling and reporting for projects
Manages and  continuously improves the project reporting process, analyzes the results available 
Collects information on initiative progress
Updates Project PMO Lead on initiative progress 
Supports identification of project red flags

Position Description 

Overall project planning together with the Project PMO Lead
Tracking and planning financial KPIs (savings, etc.) for initiatives and the project together with the Project PMO Lead
Creation of project progress reports for various stakeholders, including EB level
Collection of information for central reporting from the initiatives
Ad-hoc analytical support for the Project Lead and Project PMO Lead
JG can be 9-11 dependant on qulifications and project.

Position Requirements 

Deep knowledge of Nokia transformation projects
Prior participation in restructuring/ transformation initiatives
Strong Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint skills
Strong knowledge of further PMO tools 
Independent and structured working method
