Maersk Oil is looking for a DOCC Supervisor to join the DOCC team at the Esbjerg site in Denmark. Asset Production Support is part of the Production Support department, responsible for supporting the operations of five main oil and gas process facilities and associated satellites in the North Sea.
Key Responsibilities
- Your main responsibility will be to timely coordinate and resolve changes in the gas export from our offshore facilities to ensure external stakeholders are timely informed and further gas export distribution is controlled according to requirement.
- Quality check of daily reporting is carried out by the DOCC Supervisor on daily basis prior to issue.
- The DOCC control room is manned 24/7 which requires team members are working in 3 shifts at fixed rotation. 1 Supervisor is required to handle the tasks in the control center hence you will be working on your own.
- You will work closely with the offshore control centers and provide support/information/guidance as required.
Who we are looking for
- The ideal candidate has a background as operator in a control center holds a degree as Process Operator or Marine Engineer – alternatively you hold an another relevant operator educatione – combined with practical, hands-on experience from e.g. process industry, heat/power plant, down-stream Oil & Gas , maritime duty or the like.
- You are self-motivated with a high sense-of-urgency and work in a cooperative manner with a keen eye for details. You have outstanding analytical, coordinating and problem solving skills. As a person, you are a team player who thrives in high stress situations.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is a requirement – Danish speaking would be an advantage.
