We are seeking to appoint four researchers, at either Research Fellow or Senior Research Fellow level. Research areas will be directed by the researchers themselves, covering topics such as: automated imagination handling, full game generation, transforming fictional ideas into cultural artefacts, empowerment through co-productive game design, advanced automated game players and personality models for digital creatives. There will also be a focus on new business models for computational creativity-led game design, and we will be setting up a new organization, called The MetaMakers Institute to take advantage of new and existing computational creativity approaches. Some of the work in the group will involve translating research ideas and prototypes into robust, scalable and commercialisable implementations.
