This is a Postgraduate Program Merit Based Scholarship and students are eligible from Home/ EU Student to apply for the same.

This Scholarship will offer you the Fund aims to Assist two sets of Beneficiaries:

Applicants are invited for two full fee-waiver scholarships for MA study in the department of History, Classics and Archaeology (£7,600). Overseas applicants and part-time applicants are welcome, as well as home/EU full-time applications (part-time awards are pro-rata).
New and existing doctoral students in the dept of History, Classics and Archaeology at Birkbeck can apply for financial assistance for research expenses (including travel, accommodation, conference fees, particular training needs). Awards in this strand are likely to be in the range £1000-£8000 for Complete Course Duration.
