Study of the possible interaction between the system of energy storage and the telecommunications system on-board the vehicle - Ref. 223/2014

The programm aims to develop electrochemical accumulators starting from innovative active materials, safe and environmentally friendly, considering the vehicle manufacturer needs. The second purpose of the research is to study the possible interaction between the system of energy storage and the on-board communication system. The study consists of an intelligent network in which the electric vehicle, with its own integrated energy storage system, is also acting as a node in a communication network , which can be either of the type vehicle - vehicle and of the type vehicle- infrastructure . The communication network allows the exchange of information needed to optimize the energy use. On the one hand, it becomes possible to optimize energy use inside the vehicle, getting information and environmental context ; on the other hand the vehicle can supply power to other loads when this is necessary.
