University of York is offering Wolfson Postgraduate Scholarships in Humanities for the academic year 2015-2016. These scholarships are open for both UK and international students in the field of humanities (history, literature and languages). Four scholarships will be available to PhD students applying for entry in Autumn 2015, with at least one in each of the areas of History, Literature and Languages. Each scholarship offers a stipend of c. £17,000 per year for up to three years of PhD study and also includes: A full fee waiver (at Home or Overseas rate) , A generous Research Training and Support Grant.
