The Centre for Cognition within the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour is offering two postdoctoral fellowships for talented PhDs with a strong record in research who aspire a research career in human cognitive science/neuroscience. We are looking for excellence in research and clear future ambitions. International candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. The fellowships include a salary for two years and a budget for research expenses. The positions will start July 1, 2015.

Applicants are expected to write a 1500-word research proposal that aligns with one or more of the four research themes of the Donders Institute: Language and Communication; Perception, Action and Control; Plasticity and Memory, or Brain Networks and Neuronal Communication (www.ru.nl/donders).

Proposals must address clear research questions, hypotheses, research methodology and analyses, and expected results. Proposals must be written independently by the applicant. Proposals that may lead to further external funding during or after the fellowship period are especially encouraged.
