Five (5) PhD Scholarships for the MOVE-AGE PhD Program, Europe (2015)

The MOVE-AGE PhD program, a joint PhD program of three European universities funded by the EU, will offer 5 PhD fellowships starting October 2014. The MOVE-AGE program focuses on mobility in the ageing population and does so taking a very broad, multidisciplinary perspective. This implies that the program may be of interest to a wide range of students, including students with an MSc in movement sciences, rehabilitation sciences, biomechanics, exercise physiology, biomedical engineering, cell biology, neurosciences, or similar.

There will be 2 PHDs positions at the VU University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 2 at the KU Leuven, Belgium and 1 at the Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom..

The successful applicant will be appointed as a PhD student within the MOVE-Age program. You will design and conduct experiments, which will ultimately lead to a dissertation.
