Job description
As a Senior Manager you will drive the performance of the Computational Lithography group to enable the development of industry relevant test vehicles for 7nm nodes and beyond. Your group will be a prominent player in lithography activities in the Advanced Patterning Department at IMEC and work in close coordination with imec’s Logic, Memory, and unit process development activities. The group will consist of three teams: RET/OPC, Imaging and Reticles, and Test site and automation.
You will lead the computational lithography group to:
- Oversee and drive the performance of three teams in the Computational Lithography group (RET/OPC, Imaging and Reticles, and Test site and automation)
- Be part of the management team setting the strategy for imec’s CMOS technology scaling
- Directly lead the development of OPC technology for the Advanced Patterning Center at imec for 7nm node and beyond
- Define and assess Design Rules and Design-Technology Co-Optimization for imec 7nm node and beyond
- Own the activities between design and tapeout for all of the Imec Industry Affiliation Programs (IIAP), ASML-imec Advanced Patterning Center (APC), and the imec Supplier Hub
- Closely collaborate and build partnerships with EDA partners on innovative computational lithography solutions
- Find and develop top talent in these competency areas at imec
Profile
- You have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
- You have 5-10 years of experience in computational lithography and OPC.
- You have specialized knowledge of design-technology interaction
- You are an effective people manager with proficient planning and organization skills.
- Given the international character of IMEC, a fluent knowledge of English is necessary.
