This researcher will investigate the efficacy of novel angiogenic scaffolds to enhance functional angiogenesis in a preclinical model of myocardial infarction. The researcher will also design a delivery device for myocardial infarction.
Description
The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and team working skills. The researcher would hold or expect to obtain a PhD in Chemistry, Biomaterials, or have at least four years of full-time equivalent research. Experience in polymer synthesis, nanoparticle drug delivery systems is preferred.
