PhD Positions are available in the area of Electrophysiology & 2P-Microscopy (Neuron-Glia Signalling) at the Experimental Neurophysiology Laboratory, Department of Neurosurgery, University of Bonn Medical School, Germany.

The available PhD positions in electrophysiology are supporting a project in the newly founded Priority Program SPP1757 "Glial Heterogeneity" and examines synaptic integration in NG2 cells using, patch-clamp, two-photon uncaging and imaging techniques in brain slices.

The positions are to be filled asap and last for the period of the PP 1757 subject to satisfactory progress. Salary will be according to the German salary scale TV-L E13; exceptional applicants may qualify for enhanced salary options.
