Applicant must obtained Ph.D. degree. Your PhD thesis must be in the given area, otherwise, s/he must have very good publications record in this area.
Applicant must also have "enough research experience" in the given area", and solid mathematical, telecommunications, electrical or computer engineering background for consideration.
Deadline to submit your application is: Monday 25 October 2014 and shortlisted applicants will receive the offer in November 2014.
Fellowship can be commenced anytime before 15 January 2015 which is a nice summer session in Pretoria, South Africa.

Fellowship will cover a stipend of South African Rand 200,000 per year tax free together with round trip airline ticket, all journal publication fee, one conference grant. Fellowship can be offered for one or two-year with two-month vacation leave per year.
