A Postdoctoral Fellowship in Materials Science and Engineering is available in the group of Science and Engineering of Polymeric Biomaterials (ZIBIOgroup) at the Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering,POLYMAT Fundazioa (www.polymat.eu).

Applicants must have a PhD (or equivalent) in Materials Science and Engineering with extensive and proven research experience in polylactides synthesis, physical-chemical characterization and molecular modeling. Experience in polymer hybrid systems such as polymer/biologically active molecules (BAM) and/or polymer nano-composites is particularly searched.

Good command of written and spoken English is a must (if preselected, a telephone interview will be carried out before any other appointment is made). The selected candidate is expected to conduct research, write reports, and papers.
