The research program consists of:

- conducting a state of the art analysis of the scientific and popular literature on the existing models, as well as Italian and international researches about organizational and management models enabled by ICT in the management and provision of Public services to citizens and businesses, with particular reference to those in the field of Justice and Sociol-assistance

- defining a research methodology involving qualitative approaches (such as focus groups and/or in-depth interviews) and extensive approaches like surveys on samples to be defined;

- defining interview traces and questionnaires for the researches of the previous point;

- analyzing data through descriptive approaches and through analysis aimed at identifying the factors that can affect cooperation initiatives on the management and provision of services;

- preparing a report summarizing the main findings of the conducted studies.
