Fellowship in parallel programming

 

A 2-year Fellowship is opening for an Experienced Researcher to apply new parallel programming techniques for Large Hadron Collider at CERN.

 

The work will be performed at Atostek Ltd in Tampere, Finland, in collaboration with multiple European partners lead by CERN  in Switzerland. The TALENT project is part of the Marie Curie ITN programme. An eligible candidate has a Master's degree and 4-5 years of research experience, or  a recent Doctoral degree and less than 5 years of research experience. Applications can be accepted only if the candidate has spent less than one year in Finland during the last three years.

 

We are looking for new talents with sound background in programming, preferably in parallel programming using functional languages.
