The Division of Control and Mechatronics Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen Graduate School (HITSG) invites applications for several faculty positions at all ranks. We are seeking candidates with excellent credentials in the areas of systems and control, wind energy, power systems and smart grids. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in electrical, mechanical and power systems engineering and need to show strong research record and potential. Successful candidates will be received a joint appointment in the Center of Systems and Control. The Division currently has 11 full-time faculty members, and is expected to grow to 20 faculties in the next few years.

HITSG offers a competitive salary and the salary levels at HITSG for these positions are substantially higher than those provided by most universities in China, with full professor in the range of RMB 170K to 230K per year, associate professor in the range of RMB130K to 160K per year, and assistant professor in the range of RMB 90K to 110K per year. Bonus is a plus for all levels, subject to faculty’s performance.
