My client, a leading global engineering company, are recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for their site in Tewkesbury (UK).

The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning and delivery of all product realisation, new product introduction and transfer to manufacturing of moulded rubber sealing products.

Applications will be considered from individuals who are educated to degree level, preferably in a technical/engineering discipline.

We would also expect candidates to be familiar with highly regulated environments governed by a stringent Quality Management System.

Production process experience will also be required, as well as an understanding of quality assurance. It would also be highly beneficial if candidates were able to demonstrate an understanding of polymer characteristics and have some experience within the aerospace industry.

The salary for this role will be between £35,000 - £40,000.

NB: It is essential that applicants to this role are able to speak German, as the manufacturing engineer will be required to liaise with a major German customer on a regular basis.
