Job description:Our Client a management and IT consulting company based in Limassol is seeking to recruit an experienced business-to-business sales professional to join their established team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent customer selling, interpersonal and business development skills.

Purpose & Objectives:
The role of the Sales Executive is to drive direct sales with new and existing customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound phone calls at a senior level in order to establish potential interest in the company’s solutions. This is a full 360o role that requires the managing of the sales process from cold call to close (prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing the sale).

Qualifications required:Qualifications:
• 3+ years sales experience in enterprise business applications and/or IT solutions market is required
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).
• Able to build in-depth relationship on the Executive level; experience selling to CXOs.
• Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization.
• Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills on all levels, good phone presence.
• High energy and self-motivation.
• Fluent Greek and English.

Responsibilities:
• Consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop specific territory plans to ensure growth in all revenue streams, formulate objectives, performance standards & priorities for the Sales team and ensure that selling models facilitate.
• Maintain accurate, timely and documented pipelines and forecasts of opportunities and provide appropriate updates to management.

Generate and maintain sales pipeline: 
• Define coverage strategy and an action plan in alignment with the account team.
• Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize sales coverage.
• Drive proactive outbound calls to new contacts 
• Build a network of executive relationships with key customers and partners that can be leveraged.
• Identify and manage sales opportunities of existing and new customer accounts.
• Create, build, and nurture customer relationships for assigned accounts.
• Directly interact with customers and prospects to position the value of SAP's Solutions and Services as supported by ROI, business case development, references, and supporting analyst data.
• Prospect new companies as potential customers and prepare RFP's and RFI's as needed.
• Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries we serve as well as the products and services we provide.
