| Job description: | Our company, a leading foreign exchange broker in the financial services field, is looking to recruit a Product Manager to join our successful team in its Headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging work environment and will be responsible for product development and research. Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Setting up a general framework for new product developments - Coordinating the Company’s product development strategies - Analysing business requirements in new product developments - Creating a high-quality product vision and present product ideas - Managing products’ development and testing phase - Coordinating the market research and marketing plan - Conducting training sessions for new products - Managing the product launch process - Restructuring products when and if necessary - Budgeting for existing products and new developments - Analysing and manage product risk |

| Qualifications required: | - University degree or equivalent in Finance, IT, Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the financial services sector in a similar role, preferably in the banking sector - Strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial markets and economic/industry trends - Experience in managing a team is a strong advantage - Background in trading financial products and instruments is an advantage - Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Russian is a very strong advantage |
