This one-year postgraduate course (60 credits) makes it possible for non-Dutch-speaking students who hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in languages to deepen their knowledge of Dutch and develop a range of skills in translation.

The International Postgraduate Programme Dutch & Translation is designed for students holding a bachelor or master degree in languages who want to (1) study the Dutch language and (2) acquire solid translation skills. It is a unique programme in the Dutch-speaking area.

It is is a one-year academic programme offering foreign students the opportunity to study Dutch as a foreign language in a very intensive way and at a high level. No prior knowledge of Dutch is required. At the same time the programme provides students with a solid foundation in translation and the use of translation tools.

On successful completion of the programme students will be awarded the International Postgraduate Certificate in Dutch & Translation.

Deadlines
The deadline for the application for students who need a visa is 1 March 2015.
The deadline for the application for students who don't need a visa is 1 June 2015.
