Your future responsibilities will include:
Design, realization and characterization nanoresonators and distributed feedback structures
Optical characterization of the fabricated nanostructures
Development of process technology for nanocavities
Presentation of scientific results on conferences and in publications
Your profile:
Degree in physics, material science, engineering science or similar. Expertise in photonics and semiconductor physics
Experience in semiconductor processing in industrial or scientific environment
Fluent in both spoken and written business English. Basic knowledge of German language is a plus.
Good PC-knowledge
