We are currently looking for a motivated chromatography (LC and GC) service engineer to join the Swedish service organization in Stockholm with focus on in-house remote service and support to our customers, but also to be onsite delivering activities as; installation, maintenance, application support and repair.
As a remote service engineer you will be managing incoming service request from our customers by giving online support by phone and sometimes with remote connections to customers system. You will take decisions on how to proceed and drive the request and hopefully to solve the problem remotely. As a part of the process you will also be documenting the interactions, performing parts prediction together with the team and our European support center.
As field service engineer you will be visiting our customers and driving your assigned activities, escalations, documentation, and building long term customer relations. Our scheduling administrators are taking care of daily scheduling and dispatch of incoming assignments for the field service engineers. | | Qualifications: | You are a motivated driven team player with at least 3 years experience working with chromatography systems, either as service engineer or as a user. You like to take initiatives to find solutions for a problem and are seen as a go to person where they ask for advice how to address an issue. You are good at reading different personalities and knows how to adapt your communication. You are organized and structured.

Fluent language skills in English are essential and you’ll also need to hold a drivers license.
