Team Description
You will be part of the Business Relationship Management team within the internal organisation named GBS (Global Business Services). GBS is the IT organisation of Amadeus and provides more than IT products. GBS delivers Business Consulting, and tackles technology, information, people and processes. The Business Relationship Management (BRM) is dedicated to maintaining a positive relationship with GBS partners.
Main responsibilities Summary
One part will be dedicated to support in Project Management. The missions will depend on the on-going phase of projects. The project lead by BRM are mostly IT projects. A taste for technologies is important.
The second part will consist in a consulting role for our internal partner. It might consist in building requested studies for instance.
Your role will be focus on Amadeus Customer Service and Central and Regional Delivery Services organizations. (E.g. trends of the Chat usage in the context of Contact Centre in a Business to Business model...)
Requirements:
• Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
• Analytical, Proactive, Responsible and Respectful
• Written and Spoken English, Computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ITIL and/or Project Management knowledge would be a plus
