Team Description
The Airline IT customer acquisition objective is to build holistic IT solutions for airlines adapted to their business strategy with the right time to market and supporting the right commercial representation of this solution.
The Airline IT customer acquisition is composed of two departments covering all aspects of passenger services systems as well as digital solutions and it has a worldwide coverage with regional representation in Asia and North America.
 
Main Responsabilities
 
Participate in the planning and design of the new architecture for unified Customer acquisition internal sharepoint using sharepoint 2010
- Participate in Identifying and providing guidelines on the best  metadata parameters to use
- Participate in Identifying the flows best adapted to translate the business needs into libraries/documents etc..
- Participate in creating reports, enhancing processes for the team in relation to our team activities with airlines
- Participate in promoting the usage of new collaborative tools within sharepoint 2010
- Participate in Identifying and promoting new ways of communication using sharepoint 2010 tools
- Study the synergies within the current two teams' sharepoints to optimize efficiency and eliminate redundancy.
- Study the synergies between the Customer Acquisitions & Customer Retention teams

Requirements:

• Business school or Business engineering school
    • Fluent on English
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft  office   suite
    • Programming skills ( at least familiar with basic programming)
    • Project management skills
    • Analytic thinking
    • Proactive and dynamic attitude capable to work with different teams
