The Concurrent Engineering Center (CIC) is a platform dedicated to collaborative work during the design studies. This facility is used in pre-phase A and allows to interact with experts, each in their field, providing a global view of the system.
The Holder will be in charge of activities relative to the implementation of applications within the framework of the development of CIC methods and tools. It will include :
The user support: realization of tutorials, organization of trainings to the users (CNES, industry partners, laboratories, schools…)
The elaboration of generic models (modeling of platforms and standard equipments)
The implementation and assessment of the European standard and associated tools dedicated to the exchanges of engineering integrated models.
Applicant profile :
High school engineer or equivalent. Good knowledge of the features involved in concurrent design centers.
A few years of experience of studies led in a concurrent engineering center. Experience of developing and structuring data models. Experience if possible of conducting studies.
Dynamism, rigor, method. Taste for pre-phase A design. Good relationship.
French and English required.
Structure :
In the direction of the Center of Toulouse, the Plateau d’Architecture des Systèmes Orbitaux(PASO),DCT/DA/PA is the office in charge of new space mission feasibility studies. In connection with the direction of the programs, the PASO relies internally on the various technical departments and the office of cost estimate, externally on the future users, the scientific laboratories and industry. Moreover, the PASO implements satellite and system engineering methods and uses a concurrent design facility.
