We now have a challenging opening within our IT for a talented and dynamic

Production Support Analyst (Oracle CRM On Demand Global Admin) 

Responsible for maintaining the configuration of the Cloud based production instance.  This means Break/Fix Analysis,  fix development and implementation to ensure the production environment is configured as defined..

Designing and implementing new functionality and features provided through Oracle releases as well as report designing is part of your responsibility.

You are responsible for …

  • Analyzing production incidents passed on to the Production Support team via the Service desk or Operations teams.  Determine if an incident is a production issue or requires a small change/project solution.
  • Developing and testing incident fixes to production. 
  • Supporting the transition of developed  and tested solutions to the production.
  • Ensure the fullfillment of the business needs and the continuity of IT service delivery SLA’s with incoming solutions.
  • Contact for Oracle within DLL for operational issues related to the CRM On Demand instances. 

 

Your profile

 

You have…

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years relevant experience in a professional working environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of ICT processes like ITIL, ASL, BiSL
  • Excellent knowledge of IT applications and utilities
  • Must have 2+ years experience supporting Oracle CRM On Demand.
  • Must have both functional and technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Good customer Service skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch as English.
