Job title :Application Technical Support Engineer
Job description:The Application Technical Support Engineer, who will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, will be responsible for:
• Managing several complementary Trading Platforms, systems, servers across multiple sites;
• Responding, investigating and resolving various incidents related to the systems;
• Working on multiple simultaneous projects and delivering on a dynamic set of objectives and requirements, as part of a team of specialists.

Qualifications required:• Ability to understand and learn how to configure new and complex systems
• Experience in log analysis, troubleshooting of issues and client interaction
• Ability to work as part of a wider team of technology specialists
• Basic SQL database knowledge
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Windows Operating System knowledge and experience
• Good understanding with network LAN/WAN
• Good understanding of the Forex Industry represents a plus
• Experience with MT4 trading platform represents a plus
• Experience with MT4 Administrator and Manager represents a plus
• Chinese speaker represents a plus
Other requirements:• Strong team player within a team of specialists
• Attention to detail 
• Impeccable character

Qualifications
• B.Sc - in Computer Science or related field
• M.Sc - in Computer Science or related field represents a plus
