The research activities will deal with the fabrication of organic thin-film transistors (OTFT) by using solution-based techniques and photolithographic processes. The devices of interest will be realized on flexible substrates and will be characterized both in static and dynamic regimes. Throughout the project, the development of digital and/or analog circuits will be pursued starting from the optimization and modeling of the single device response. The OTFT electrical behavior will be also analyzed in controlled liquid environments for the realization of sensors suitable for biomedical applications.
