Job Description
Your main responsibilities as Industrial Engineer (m/f) will be:
- Realisation of time studies and analysis of material flows, work processes and lead times
- Identification of possibilities for process improvement based on the analyzed data in cooperation with production and engineering
- Management of benchmarking studies comparing key figures with other plants
- Analysis of plant manufacturing and administration processes to identify potentials for improvement
- Preparation and conduction of workshops to establish continuous improvement processes in the plants
- Proposals for improvement projects (e.g .improvement of workplace design, design of work organization)
- Calculation of potential savings of identified measures in the production area
- Support of production with trainings, coachings and auditing the application of teamwork principles
- Coordination of the implementation and application of Lean/CBS methods in the plant by training and coaching
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Natural Sciences or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of CAD systems (AutoCAD)
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- Good networking and communication skills
